1. Upgrading or downgrading your plan
You have the freedom to adjust your Fitsly subscription according to your evolving needs. Whether you're upgrading to access additional features or downgrading to align with your budget, managing your plan is hassle-free.
To either create, upgrade or downgrade first select your desired plan:
- Go to Subscription Page: Visit the Subscription page from your account dropdown.
- Select "Choose Plan": Choose a plan suitable for your needs.
- Choose Billing Cycle: Opt for monthly billing with flexibility to upgrade or downgrade anytime, or choose annual billing for 2 months free.
Now select your payment method and confirm the plan:
- Confirm Payment Method: Enter your payment details securely through our Stripe integration. We only store minimal card details for your security.
- Deducting from Credit Balance (if applicable): If you have any credit on Fitsly, it will be deducted from your balance first.
- Click "Confirm Plan": Once confirmed, we will process your payment and provide you immediate access to your plan.
2. How to cancel your plan
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page.
Note: Your payment method is processed securely through our Stripe integration. We do not store full card details, only the card type, last 4 digits, and expiration date.
