To customize your general account settings click on your account dropdown and choose "Settings" to navigate to the Settings page.

- Date & Time: For setting your preferred date format and timezone.
- Workouts: For updating workout settings such as the workout visibility date range.
3. Payment & Billing settings
Switch to the "Payment & Billing" tab to manage your:
- Payment Methods: To manage your payment methods and set your primary method.
- Billing Information: For ensuring accurate billing information is displayed on invoices.
- Subscription Invoices: For accessing and downloading your subscription invoices.
