1. Types of notifications we send
In-App Notifications
Stay informed with updates displayed in your "Notifications Center" within the Fitsly app and web platform. Click on any notification to quickly access the related activity.
Push Notifications
Receive alerts directly on your mobile device with push notifications. By default, only essential notifications are enabled to prevent overwhelming your phone.
Email Notifications
Never miss an update from your clients by setting up email alerts. Get notified about important interactions even when you're not logged into the app.
2. Customizing your notifications
Exciting news! We're introducing the ability to customize your notification preferences soon. This means you can choose which alerts you receive and the type of notifications sent to your devices.

3. Managing your notifications
Easily manage your notification settings by navigating to your account settings. Under the Account tab, select Notifications & Alerts to customize your preferences. Furthermore, you have the option to control whether you wish to receive general email updates from Fitsly.
