In Fitsly's workout builder, you can create supersets by combining multiple exercises into a single set. To create a superset, follow these steps:

1. Create a superset

Start by adding at least two exercises to your workout routine. Then:

  1. Look for the Superset Button: Between the exercises, you'll find the "Link as Superset" button.
  2. Click to Create Superset: Click on the "Link as Superset" button to combine the exercises into a single superset.

2. Other things to know

  • Creating Giant Sets: You can link more than two exercises together to create Giant sets (3 or more exercises).

  • Setting Rest Time: To set rest periods after each superset, select the last exercise to adjust rest times for, and keep the rest time for other exercises at 0:00.

Breaking up a Superset: To break up a superset, simply click the "Link as Superset" button again to unlink the exercises.
