Effective communication is key to providing personalized guidance, motivation, and support to your clients. With real-time private messaging, you can securely and confidentially connect with your clients, whether you're using the web app or mobile app.
Sending messages
- Start a Conversation: Click on the Compose icon on the Messages page and then select the client you wish to message to start a new conversation.
- Write your Message: Type your message in the text box provided and hit enter to send it, you can also click on the camera icon to send images.
Additional features
- View Profile: On the top right corner of the conversation, you'll find a View Profile button. Clicking on it will take you to the client's profile for quick reference.
- Future Enhancements: Stay tuned for new features, including the ability to mark conversations as archived, delete messages, and access recent client details directly from the messaging page.
Push notifications
You'll receive push notifications on your mobile device whenever you recieve a a message, ensuring you stay informed and responsive even when you're on the go.
