The client overview on the client page under the General tab offers valuable insights into your client's progress and preferences. Let's delve into each panel to understand its functionality:
Overview Panel
The Overview panel provides a quick snapshot of the client's account, including:
- Quick Statistics: Displays the number of workouts completed in the last 7 and 30 days, as well as the number of workouts assigned for the next 7 days.
- Recent Activity: Shows recent notifications relevant to the client such as workout completions, metric updates, and any other updates made by the client.
Profile Panel
In the Profile panel, you can view or update the client's personal information and preferences, such as:
- Name: Edit the client's name.
- Contact Information: View their email address and phone number if provided.
- Client Category: Select from Online, In-Person, or Hybrid (a mix of both).
- Archive: Archive the client which will give them limited access to the app.
Notes & Injuries Panel
The Notes & Injuries panel allows you to add private notes or record injuries for your reference:
- Private Notes: Add notes for your own reference, which are not shared with the client.
- Injuries: Record any injuries or health concerns, which are not shared with the client.
Progress & Goals Panel
In the Progress & Goals panel, you can track the client's goals and progress:
- Goals: Update the client's fitness and health goals.
- Progress Photos: Upload progress photos to visually track their journey.
Please note that while notes and injuries are private to the coach, goals and progress photos will be shared with the client.
