Keeping track of your nutrition is essential to reaching your fitness goals. The Nutrition page in the Fitsly client app allows you to view your coach-assigned meal plans and monitor your daily intake.

1. Viewing your assigned meal plans

Once your coach assigns you a meal plan, you can access it in the Nutrition page of the client app. If your coach has assigned multiple meal plans (though typically only one is assigned at a time), you can select which meal plan to display:

  1. Navigate to the Nutrition page from your dashboard.
  2. At the top of the page, you’ll see which meal plan you are viewing. You can tap the meal plan name to select which meal plan you would like to view. If you only have one plan assigned, this will automatically be selected.

2. Switching between day variations

Meal plans are organized by day variations. These variations could be individual days of the week (e.g., "Monday," "Tuesday") or different types of days (e.g., "Training Days" vs. "Rest Days"). To switch between these variations:

  1. Under the selected meal plan, you’ll see a day switcher icon.
  2. Tap the switcher to change the day variation you're viewing.
  3. When you switch the day, the displayed total calories, carbs, protein, and fats will automatically update to reflect the meals for that day.

This feature helps you easily navigate through your multi-day meal plan and stay on track for each variation of your plan.

3. Viewing meals and nutritional details

Each day variation contains a list of meals (e.g., Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks) and multiple options for those meals. You can tap on individual foods or recipes to see more details:

  • Tapping on a food item: Opens a view showing its nutritional breakdown, including calories, carbs, fats, and protein. You’ll also be able to see any notes provided by your coach, such as preparation instructions or special guidelines.
  • Tapping on a recipe: Opens a detailed view showing all the ingredients in the recipe, their macros, and any cooking instructions. From this view, you can tap on individual ingredients to see their specific nutritional information.

This detailed breakdown helps you understand exactly what you’re consuming, making it easier to follow your plan.

4. Staying connected with your coach

If you have any questions or need to make adjustments to your meal plan, you can easily contact your coach directly from the app. The Messages tab allows you to communicate with your coach, ensuring that your nutrition plan stays aligned with your goals.

By regularly reviewing your meal plan and tracking your daily intake, you can maintain accountability and stay on top of your nutrition goals. The Fitsly app makes it simple to access this information, giving you everything you need to succeed.

Tracking your meal plans through the Nutrition page is essential to staying on track with your dietary goals. Fitsly’s detailed breakdown of meals, recipes, and food items ensures you have all the information you need to follow your plan closely and effectively.
